Do I have to pay a deposit?

We take a deposit on every booking to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance is then paid at the studio at your appointment.

How do I cancel my appointment?

We have a 48 hr cancellation policy.

If you’d like to cancel or reschedule your appointment within enough time of the cancellation period please do this in the “appointments” section in "My Account".
(Your deposit will be refunded to you or carried towards the rescheduled appointment)

If your appointment is less than 48 hrs away you will not be able to cancel online, you must contact the studio directly by phone, email or our social media channels.
Any deposits paid will NOT be returned.

Do I have to have a patch test?

Patch tests are required for some of our treatments and it is your responsibility to make sure you have your patch test.
You can pop into the studio during our opening times, an appointment is not required for patch testing, and only takes a few seconds.
It must be at least 24 hours before your appointment.

If you do not have a patch test before your appointment you may be refused your treatment and you deposit will NOT be returned.

Do I need to book a hair consultation?

When booking an appointment for any of our hair colouring treatments for the first time you must also book a consultation.
The consultation is complimentary and takes 15 minutes.
Your consultation must be at least 24 hrs before your actual colour appointment.
During your consultation your stylist will discuss your hair with you and also give you a patch test for our colours.
If you decide at your consultation that you don’t want to go ahead with the colour appointment that is fine, and any deposit you may have paid will be refunded.

If you don't book a consultation your actual appointment may be refused and you will NOT get your deposit back.
For regular colour clients a consultation is not needed unless you want to change from your normal colour, or it has been more than 6 months since your last appointment.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?

You must be at least 16 years old to book in for any of our treatments

Proof of ID may be requested

If you book an appointment and can not prove your age or you are under 16 you will be refused treatment and you will NOT get your deposit back

Our salon is strictly for over 16's only

Can I bring my children/child to my appointment?
Unfortunately we do not allow children in the studio. You must not bring children to your appointment.
You must be over 16 years old to book in for any of our hair & beauty treatments. Proof of id will be requested if necessary.
Is there parking close to the salon?
In Coleham there is free on-street parking with parking bays of up to 1hr and up to 3hrs.
Alternatively over the grey-friars bridge there is St. Julians car park less than 1 minute away.
Whats your Complaints procedure?

If you are unhappy with any part of your treatment please notify your therapist at your appointment or within 24 hours of leaving the studio.

We aim to deal with any issue quickly and we would happily offer to rectify what we can correct/change for you if a mistake has been made.
