We have a 48 hr cancellation policy.
If you’d like to cancel or reschedule your appointment within enough time of the cancellation period please do this in the “appointments” section in "My Account".
(Your deposit will be refunded to you or carried towards the rescheduled appointment)
If your appointment is less than 48 hrs away you will not be able to cancel online, you must contact the studio by phone directly.
Any deposits paid will be lost unless you are rescheduling your appointment.
(One re scheduling appointment permitted to retain deposit)
Patch tests are required for some of our treatments and it is your responsibility to make sure you have your patch test.
You can pop into the studio during our opening times, an appointment is not required for patch testing, and only takes a few seconds.
It must be at least 24 hours before your appointment.
